Riibat Technologies (“Riibat”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a technology holding company headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Riibat is the controller responsible for the personal data processed through this website and in the course of its dealings with investors, partners, and other counterparties.

This policy applies to riibat.com and to any personal data we collect when you correspond with us. It does not apply to the independent products, applications, or platforms operated by companies within the Riibat group, each of which maintains its own privacy notice where applicable.

We process personal data in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations. Riibat.com is a largely static, informational website. We collect only what is necessary, and much of the time we collect nothing at all beyond what your browser and our infrastructure exchange to serve the page.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the infrastructure that hosts riibat.com may record standard technical information in its server logs — such as your IP address, browser type and version, referring page, and the date and time of your request. We use this information to operate the site reliably, maintain its security, and diagnose faults. We do not use it to build profiles of visitors.

Preferences stored on your device

To remember your chosen colour theme (light or dark) and your chosen language, the site stores two small values in your browser’s local storage. These values remain on your device, are strictly necessary to deliver the experience you selected, and are never transmitted to us or to any third party.

We take a deliberately restrained approach. As at the date of this policy:

• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• We do not use third-party analytics services.
• We do not embed third-party trackers, pixels, or social-media widgets that report your activity back to their operators.

The only information stored on your device is the strictly necessary preference data described above. Should we introduce cookies or analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.
